How to recover your lost COC account

Clash of Clans is a game played by millions. This is game which people get addicted to .  Sometimes your account may somehow be lost. Yes it happens to lots of  people and yeah it happened to me too. There can be various reason  by which you can lose your account. You may be using multiple accounts in your device and suddenly one day you might not be able to log in to your account linked to a certain google play id.  I lost my account because the gmail id that was linked to the account got suspended and I was unable to log in because now the id  won't let me in. 

But Do not worry because you can recover your account. Yes that's true  you can recover your account but only once. You have to contact the COC support team and they will help you recover your  COC account. Follow the following steps 

1. First,  Go to settings and click Help and support button


2. You will see a screen as shown below appear . There are many options that you can choose from to know more about it. Read them and see if it  relate to your problem.


  3. Now click the third option Lost Village. and you will see the below screen.



  4. Now scroll down to read the whole thing and see if its answers your problerm with your account if not then there will be a question at the end " Was this helpful" click No . I have already clicked no. As you can see at the right corner you can see Contact Us will appear. Click it and the following screen appears.

5. Type the message that you want to send to the support team and asking for assistance in recovering your account.



6. An automatic response will come from the support team.


 7.  Click No and then tell them that you have lost your account , provide necessary details of your village. Like user name, clan name , xp level and town hall level. I recommend you to provide the hash tag no. linked with your account.


8. The support team will get back to you and may also ask questions so that they can verify its you and not someone who is trying to recover other account. Don't worry just answer the questions  and give valid reasons why you lost your account.
Follow the instructions given by them and your lost will get recovered.
